"6 On this mountain the Lord Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples a banquet of aged wine— the best of meats and the finest of wines. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. The Lord has spoken." - Isaiah 25:6-8 (NIV)

False Narrative: Great leaders strive for immediate results

True Narrative: Great leaders strive for the ultimate result

"Great leaders never lose sight of the big picture." - Randall Sean Garcia

The truth is that "Vision-Driven Leaders" see things differently than the average person. They are driven by a vision that is bigger than themselves and they are motivated to fulfill their ultimate potential with God's help.

1. Followers see the here and now. Leaders see the ultimate goals and potential.

2. Followers are driven by the atmosphere of today. Leaders are driven by their vision of tomorrow.

3. Followers have limited perspective on their abilities. Leaders have a larger perspective on everyone's abilities.

4. Followers can be diverted by today's losses. Leaders stay on track by focusing on the goal.

5. Followers value the immediate results. Leaders value the ultimate results.
